Who Makes Your Order

Two people in Turin. Not a warehouse.

We are Olya and Igor — married for over twenty years, working side by side in our private atelier in Turin, Italy since 2016. When you place an order here, it doesn't go to a print-on-demand factory. Olya patterns, cuts, sews, and embroiders every piece of lingerie herself. Igor crafts the leather collars, handles the engraving, and finishes the symbolic jewelry.

Real Needlework: Dense satin-stitch thread that stays soft against the skin and never peels like vinyl print.

Made to Order in ~1 Week: Each piece is cut and personalized specifically for your order before shipping via tracked courier.

Is the outer package truly discreet?
Completely. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked cardboard box or courier mailer. There is no "La Cortigiana" logo, no mention of lingerie, fetish, or adult items on the exterior label, and customs declarations use neutral apparel/accessory descriptions.
How long does production and shipping take?
Because we sew and embroider your items to order in Turin, atelier production takes approximately 5 to 7 days. Courier transit time is separate: usually 2–4 business days within Italy and the EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium), and 4–8 business days to the US, UK, Switzerland, and Canada. Need it for a specific date? Leave your deadline in the order notes — we will reply personally and prioritize your order whenever possible.
Will there be customs duties for Switzerland, the UK, or the US?
Orders within the European Union include all taxes with zero customs fees. For deliveries outside the EU (such as Switzerland, the UK, or the United States), local import duties or customs clearance fees may be charged by the carrier upon arrival depending on your country's import thresholds.
How do I choose the right size (especially for a gift)?
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks: XS (80–86 cm), S (86–92 cm), M (92–98 cm), L (98–104 cm), XL (104–110 cm). If you are buying a surprise gift and hesitate between two sizes, choose our Tie-Side Mesh silhouette — the satin side ribbons adjust easily for a forgiving fit.
Can personalized items be returned?
Non-personalized items can be returned according to our standard policy. Because custom-embroidered lingerie and custom-engraved leather are made specifically with your words and measurements, they cannot be restocked — if you have any doubt before ordering, message us or ask Olga and we will help you get it right.
