How do I choose my panty size?
Our panties are sized according to your hip circumference at the fullest point. Standard sizes range from XS (80–86 cm / 31–34 in) to XL (104–110 cm / 41–43 in). Open our Size Guide above for the full measurements table.
How do I measure my hips?
Stand naturally with your feet together. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor without pulling tight.
Can I add my own custom embroidery text?
Yes. You can enter any personalized name, phrase, secret symbol, or intimate words in the Front and Back embroidery fields. The recommended format is up to 3 lines, around 15–20 characters per line. If your idea is unusually complex, we can discuss the details with you after placing your order. If you prefer unembroidered panties, simply leave both fields blank.
Can I embroider both the front and back?
Yes. You can choose front embroidery (+€5.00), back embroidery (+€5.00), or both (+€10.00). Each location is individually hand-stitched by artisan Olga in our Turin atelier.
What is the difference between Tie-Side, Invisible Mesh, and French-Cut?
• Tie-Side Mesh (€45): Delicate sheer mesh with adjustable satin ribbons for a customizable fit.
• Invisible Mesh Panties (€60): Seamless ultra-fine mesh with a smooth raw-edge finish that stays undetectable beneath clothing.
• Silk French-Cut (€80): High-cut leg silhouette crafted from 100% Italian silk satin, elongating the silhouette with a lustrous luxury feel.
How long does made-to-order lingerie take to craft?
Every pair is handcrafted to order in our Turin atelier in approximately one week before dispatch via tracked express courier. Need it by a specific date? Add the date in the order notes or email us after placing your order. We will always reply and, whenever possible, adjust the production schedule to your deadline. Please note: atelier production time is separate from courier shipping transit time.
Is the packaging 100% discreet?
Yes, completely discreet. All orders arrive in an unmarked, plain cardboard shipping box with no branding, no logos, and no mention of lingerie or intimate accessories on the exterior label.
