Refund and Returns Policy
We handcraft each item with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are made to order and personalized, which means they cannot be returned, except where required by law.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Items with personalized engravings, embroidery, or other custom details.
- Products made to your specific measurements or specifications.
These items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Standard Products
If you purchased a standard-size, non-personalized item and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as allowed by applicable law.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only after written approval from us.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping.
4. How to Return
- Email lacortigianait@gmail.com within the allowed return period.
- Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and instructions before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product price using your original payment method.
- Refunds do not include shipping charges.
- Processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. International Orders
We accept returns worldwide. International return processing may take longer due to transit and customs clearance.
